Entry for GMTK 2024 theme " build to scale " 

I tried to make a top down shmups mixing vampire survivor, city building and top down shooter aspect.
You collect resources to increase your tank size and wheels, you level up and can add new weapons or upgrade existing ones.
It's super buggy and not finished but I did it in 12 hours.
