This prototype was made after following the new game dev rocket classe from BlackThornProd, I started with a basic city builder and then I expanded on it to come up with this game.
Assets are hand drawn, water colored and then put inside Unity. I tried to come up with some new game loop and mechanic mainly to learn, it's a bit wonky but that's my first city builder ever ^^".
