Improved some animations and visual effects

After watching a bit how Diablo 4 dealth with this I decided to change a bit my damage numbers popping on the screen as well.
Before they were much brighter and saturated colors and also bigger, and staying longer on screen, so it was really kind of disrupting our attentions and covering other elements.
Now the numbers are smaller, colors are more muted so they blend better and also they disappear much faster, with a little growing effect. So it feels much better now, just gives the information to the player but does not distract our attention.
